PS / 2 splitter to the keyboard and mouse
Y-splitter for connecting the PS / 2 keyboard and PS / 2 mouse to the same PS / 2 connector. Can be used for CPU-slot cards, embedded PCs and notebooks.

You cannot therefore convert an RS232 serial mouse to PS/2 and the like.
