The KVM Extender over Fiber consists of a transmitter and a receiver unit that allows you to extend HDMI 2.0 and USB HID signals up to 300 meters over LC Multi Mode fiber optic cabling. It supports most of the popular Windows, Mac, Sun, Chrome OS and Linux operating systems.
The SFP modular so-called Small Form-factor Pluggable is a compact design used to provide cost-effective and immediate connectivity. You can select, replace, or replace the SFP based on application, cable type, required range, and desired data transfer rate. Fiber optic cable offers a lot of advantages over traditional copper-based extension methods, including thinner and lighter cables, better immunity to RF and EMI, and longer distances.
